This invaluable source of information includes all 144 schemes entered into the Housing Design Awards 2011 and shows the housing supply trends in the UK over the next 24 months.

Within this interactive PDF, schemes are listed by the number of homes they contain, so that you can search from the largest to the smallest or browse a range of developments of similar size. Each scheme is also linked to an interactive map which allows you to look at schemes in a particular area, such as your own location.

Each scheme page shows key data on the elevations, layouts, plans, materials and key facts about the design and construction. You will be able to zoom in on scheme details, as well as print off individual schemes at up to A3 for further analysis.

In addition, you will be able to cross-reference each scheme with an Excel sheet showing contact details for the developer, architect and planning authority, as well as contractor where appointed.

The Yearbook includes essays on key trends to be found among the entries, written by Housing Design Awards judges, David Birkbeck of Design for Homes and HDAs chairman Gareth Capner.
